Wohlford products can be returned within 30 days for exchange or store credit, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by a receipt. Each return is subject to assessment and may be refused at our discretion if items show visible wear. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. To initiate a return, packages must be pre-authorized by our staff and sent via postal service, marked as "CANADIAN GOODS RETURNED." Packages should declare a nominal value for duty and taxes to expedite processing. Returns for made-to-order or custom items are eligible for exchange or credit only, and all sales on discounted items are final.
